Our role is to help you identify what best reflects your custom aesthetic and budget, from bathroom tile to trim, to kitchen fixtures, to layout. Expert design guidance is the key component of our GUIDE~DESIGN~BUILD process.
We will translate your vision into a plan encompassing the scope of work, the schedule and the budget of work proposed.

From preliminary designs we will provide a construction agreement with all specifications, scope of work, and costs.
Pre-construction meeting with both myself and my wife, Michelle and periodic meetings to review progress/schedule, selections, and activities. Open line of communication between owner and our team is vital in order to provide the services required in a timely manner.
